What do you like best about UKG Pro? The platform is great! The ease of use is great! The TONS of reports and availability to customize is EXCELLENT! What do you dislike about UKG Pro? "Almost There But Don't Lose Customer Service Focus"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? The ease of use for the majority of the system. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Not a fan of their reporting module which is Cognos Business Intelligence. Recommendations to others considering UKG Pro: I would ask them to demo the report module and have you try to use it as well because it's a different type of reporting. What do you like best about UKG Pro? I use Ultipro now for 5 years and find it all very life easier and intuitive. It is quick to use and convenient to track and locate what you are searching for, from running reports to making improvements to employee tax setups. Efficiency works in the chaotic environment of accounting making it faster and this is what their program offers. What do you like best about UKG Pro? The platform of UtiPro is easy to navigate. It has easy demo or instruction on the side of the screen, if you get stuck or confuse. I really like that I can do benefits, recruiting, I-9 and even send backgrounds from there. I like how, the associate can use Utipro as an app to change personal information with out my assistance. What do you like best about UKG Pro? I've been using Ultipro for 5 years now and find it to be very user friendly and intuitive. What do you like best about UKG Pro? I always like the mobile experience, for staff and administrators alike. Navigating and dealing with that is simple.
