What do you like best about UKG Pro? Secure multi function HRMS. Easy to navigate as end user. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Extremely difficult to upload images on backend that fit the required dimensions. A lot of training or experience required to use as a back-end administrator. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Notification board and resource hub for employees. HR database for employee information and documents.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like how easy it is to process payroll. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Limited features in onboarding and recruiting What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? We have been able to streamline our HR processes significantly and have been able to tie payroll records into our GL seamlessly. We are also able to keep track of all our employee data in one place which is hugely beneficial.

There is nothing that I truly dislike about the system, but if I have to pick something, the UltiPro Time and Time Off and Allowances portal still needs some work.
