What do you like best about UKG Pro? The system is very friendly when it comes to new users. The look and feel of the system is exactly what you would want from a user standpoint, especially considering our hiring workforce. Pay statement/W2 access online is great for that reason as well. What do you like best about UKG Pro? The CORE product is simply the best HRIS, very easy to navigate and the menus/wizards are top notch! LOVE the large releases and enhancements! Having the BI tool for custom reporting and the ability to create our own API's through Informatica is excellent for data movement and reporting. It is sometimes difficult to determine how to perform some functions, the online help isn't always clear. What do you like best about UKG Pro? Ultipro payroll has simplified the payroll process for my organization What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I do not like when a case is opened there is no follow up in a reasonable timeframe (example 10 days). Usually cases that involve tax services. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Using Ultimate all services are included. Tax filing, W-2 printing etc. At one point we were using multiple payroll vendors.
