What do you like best about UKG Pro? It is a web based product so i can access it anywhere with a smart phone. The mobile app is extremely useful for our employees. It's functionality is very logical and easy to teach to new users. Cognos reporting is also incredibly helpful. We have so many year end reports for different purposes that we cannot use the "one size fits all" approach for the delivered reports. The Cognos report writer's versatility helps us meet our needs. What do you like best about UKG Pro? Easy access to everything we need via the web or backoffice What do you dislike about UKG Pro? sometimes there's no explanation for issues that come up - also BI is very hard to understand What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? processing payroll through backoffice was taking us two full days to open and close- processing now on the web is making our flow faster.
