"UKG works, but it is not as user friendly as ADP, for payroll processing."

What do you like best about UKG Pro? The Rapid Response team is helpful, the design of the Core portal is nice. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I wish that UKG allowed uploads of earnings without having to run an off cycle payroll. I miss the batches form ADP. Also, having to assign earnings codes to employees slows down the process. The limitations of reporting from the Recruitment portal. Not all the fields flow into Core. Offer letters are automated but also do not flow into Core in the employees file. I like that reporting is completely customizable, my employees feel that it is very user friendly, the layout from the administration side is easy, filing PPACA was a breeze, and benefit enrollments are great.
