I love that it's an integrated solution that reduces or eliminates double data entry and can provide feeds to other systems and vendors as needed (ie. to Benefits providers). Recommendations to others considering UKG Pro: Ensure you set up a good implementation team, have lots of planning meetings, and give yourself extra time to implement. "Impressive frequent enhancements in specific areas. More focus needed in other areas"

What do you like best about UKG Pro? My favorite part of UKG is the investment in very frequent and meaningful upgrades, solid documentation, and overall support provided for enhancements. Although there is a steep learning curve for People Analytics the tool is extremly powerful and we find the reporting very beneficial. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? The compensation module needs more attention, and we would also like to see more enhancement on the administrative side of Onboarding. ...

What do you like best about UKG Pro? The implementation team is very easy to work with. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Software is a little harder to navigate and set up then we first thought it was going to be. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Employees and Managers alike are going to like the easier to use system once we get them all trained!

"Feeling like a pro with Ultipro"

What do you like best about UKG Pro? I enjoy the interface. A lot of the features are easy to identify and use. I've used other databases that were similar but this one looks the most polished out of all of them. I find myself using Ultipro daily and it's one of the first websites I log into daily. What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like the Payment Services, and being able to see when employees deposits have been returned it also is easy to void checks when needed. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Customer Service, They need a lot of work to be as good as they think they are. I have not had good results from them on several issues.
