"Much Improved Work life with the implementation of "UltiPro""
What do you like best about UKG Pro? A one-stop-shop product has helped our company tremendously. Also, going from manual "PAN" Personnel Action Forms to MSS & ESS improved our efficiency and accuracy way above our expectations. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I don't dislike anything related to this product. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? The ability to provide data metrics timely and accurately.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? The customer service at UKG Pro is the best. The staff is very helpful, work fast, and go above and beyond to get all of the issues addressed in one call. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? The least helpful of UKG pro is that there isn't a systems admin app quite yet available just yet... What do you like best about UKG Pro? The customer service is GREAT! I love to use the CHAT feature! What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I dislike the current wait time when I open a case. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? I love how easy it is to get help, in the moment, when I am having any issues.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? Fairly straight forward on where to be directed What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I dislike the new side bar. It takes up too much real estate What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? We really haven't been solving anything "new" with UKG pro

"UKG Pro is highly configurable."
What do you like best about UKG Pro? Navigation is easy in UKG Pro. Quite intuitive. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? The offset deduction required is very clunky. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Benefits, payroll is accurate and workflows create efficiencies.

"UKG has a user friendly set up for HR administration."
What do you like best about UKG Pro? I love the onboarding and recruiting gateway because it's well organized, making it easy to keep track of where you are at with each candidate and new hire. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? The BI page is my least favorite part of UKG because it's very complicated to create a report What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Recruiting and Onboarding process optimization. Tracking of employee personal data.

BI difficult to use, can't get rid of reports set up by employees no longer with the company What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?
