What do you like best about UKG Pro? I personally like the ease of use. It is easy to learn and implement. We have had no major issues with UKG that weren't resolved quickly and effeciently. I transitioned recently from another company, but with the ease of use of UKG the transition was made more smooth. We utilized more of UltiPro then my current company (Payment Services). What do you like best about UKG Pro? Platform configuration is probably my favorite tool allowing us to customize so much of the system to our specific needs. Also the fact that you can then report on what you have customized. Their customer service team is outstanding as well. And my third favorite part is the reporting and dashboard capabilities. I like the ability to purchase the modules best suited for our business, the customer success portal to resolve issues, and learn about new features that are released. What do you like best about UKG Pro? Great payroll processing engine. VERY user-friendly for team members, easy to manage their info. We have very few questions from team members on how to do something. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Benefits Prime has been the worst thing we implemented. What do you like best about UKG Pro? The app is very easy to use. Our employees like to use it to check pay statements etc. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? What do you like best about UKG Pro? Although we have only just begun our journey with UKG Pro, I love that we are building a one-stop-shop HRIS / Payroll system.
