What do you like best about UKG Pro? I feel their UTM model is very user friendly as an administrator. The ease of extracting data in their reporting section is amazing. I am able to create reports in numerous methods for auditting purposes and recently learned how I can automatically schedule reports to run and then I get an email alert. What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like how easy UltiPro is to navigate and that everything is in one system. We have implemented Employee File Management, which makes it even more of a one-stop shop. Employees don't have multiple systems to log in to and I can access all their information easily. What do you like best about UKG Pro? UKG Pro provides Cognos Business Intelligence reporting. UKG Pro report generator is the best that I have used. What do you like best about UKG Pro? I personally like the ease of use. It is easy to learn and implement. We have had no major issues with UKG that weren't resolved quickly and effeciently. I transitioned recently from another company, but with the ease of use of UKG the transition was made more smooth. We utilized more of UltiPro then my current company (Payment Services).
