What do you like best about UKG Pro? The entire system is robust and user-friendly. My favorites feature is that new hire documents can be signed electronically. What do you like best about UKG Pro? Easy to use. Modern. Rapid Response when you get a good rep. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Waiting long for payment/tax cases to be resolved or answered. When dealing with a rep that can't help you. Recommendations to others considering UKG Pro: Know what you're getting into when it comes to taxes/payment assistance. What do you like best about UKG Pro? UKG understands what HR users need most. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? New features aren't released fast enough. Recommendations to others considering UKG Pro: UKG Pro is a great product, and the company employs great people. It's not perfect, but it's powerful at its price point, and you'll enjoy using it. I miss the ability to have a request for change and the provider (UKG) take care of it instead of always forcing us to do it ourselves. What do you like best about UKG Pro? The reporting capabilities of this tool are exceptional. Using IBM BI Reporting (aka Cognos), we have the ability to report any data from the system at any time - manually or automated, directed to anyone's attention. Additionally, the customer service through Rapid Response is incredibly helpful. I've never had a bad experience getting assistance from their reps. What do you dislike about UKG Pro?
