What do you like best about UKG Pro? Convienience of all information being there at once in one system What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Does not allow me to change my own password or say ‘forgot password’ What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Efficiency of clocking in / out and requesting time off . "Great all in one HR Tool!"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? I really like how I can view all of my payment details and manage my clock in/out for work every day in one place. I do like that it is secured via VPN and that my personal information is safe and secure. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I don't like that we have to use a separate company portal for insurance information, company directory, and archived company resources. It would be nice to have that all in one place. What do you like best about UKG Pro? Ultipro serves as a hub for employees and managers to find sensitive information. It includes pay history, paid time off, employee ID numbers, job descriptions and more. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? A few features within Ultipro must be activated and there is a slight learning curve (such as displaying accrued and earned hours along with vacation time taken). "Simple to use mobile app for checking paychecks"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? UKG Pro makes it really to login and check my most recent paycheck. The Interface is much more intuitive than workday as well. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I don't use this app for much besides checking my pay. Not sure what else it even does. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Quickly getting access to my recent paychecks

"The Perfect HR Tool for Employers!"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? I love that I can view all of my HR information in one place. Benefits? It's there. Payroll? Ditto. They even have a mobile app! "UKG Pro dece but needs improvements"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? Nice way to keep digital records of the sign-offs needed for safety training. It won't get crumpled or dirty like a piece of paper. From an HR standpoint, I can see why this is advantageous over just getting hand written signatures and attempting to keep scans of things organized. What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like its ease of use and functionality. Considering the product is available 24 hours a day, I'd say it runs smoothly 99% of the time. UKG also implements a few Share Ideas. Many times the Service Request team is able to implement desired customs for both UKG Pro and IBM Cognos Analytics.
