"Enhances attention to detail"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? They make it so you have to stay engaged. You must click forward every so often during learning modules to ensure you're not just letting the videos play. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? At times the software glitches out and I'd have to start a lesson all over, I was using my android phone. Not sure if that played into it. "User Friendly but Could Use Updates"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? Personnel changes are easy to make and user-friendly on the employee's end. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Recruiting module and survey module could use some work. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? UKG Pro is our main HRIS making all personnel matters easy, from onboarding to payroll to offboarding.

"UKG Software - Great Payroll/HR Product"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? UKG pro is user-friendly, the system provides up to date information that helps you keep compliant in many areas and it has a very modern look and feel making it comfortable for many users. The system has allowed us to go mostly paperless and puts information at our fingertips that we used to have to go searching for in storage. "I will never use UKG again"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? While the negatives of UKG far outweigh the positives, I will be honest that there are a few beneficial things. You can process off-cycle payrolls outside of your normal pay periods and not be charged an extra fee. This is great if you have a terminated employee that you need to get paid out right away, or if someone has missed some of their hours on their paycheck. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? "Okay but difficult to navigate"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? Good for time management and reporting on staffing levels What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Difficult to intuitively navigate and customize reporting. After consolidation, lots of window in window functionality which makes navigation difficult. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Tracking labor hours and managing overtime

What do you like best about UKG Pro? Being able to see my hours and punches right from the time management section What do you dislike about UKG Pro?
