What do you like best about UKG Pro? The ease of use; very user friendly for both HR and Management. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Limited resources for international, but know that is being developed. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? It has enabled us to better analyze data, track information and spend less time administratively and more time proactively engaging with the business.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? Total integration of all the Ultipro modules. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? The position management module needed some additional development to integrate more effeciently with the rest of the system. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Ultipro was very good for managing our HR needs for On boarding and payroll. It also provided a great reporting tool that allowed us to report on various employee metrics.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? The modules they way they work with each other flow nicely together. It's a true HR system that is not a stand alone. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I have been working with UltiPro for over 5 years and the biggest complain is and always will be the Customer Support. Has improved over the years but still is lacking responsiveness. "Simple to Use HR System"

What do you like best about UKG Pro? As a user, I love the fact that I can update my personal contact information myself, instead of filling out a form and sending to corporate HR, hoping that they don't fat finger anything.
