What do you like best about UKG Pro? Ultipro has helped to streamline our hiring, onboarding and benefit selection process. It has resulted in fewer input errors as employees enter their own information. Once onboarded, employees make their benefit selections online and then their selections are electronically sent to carriers and providers. Employee information is accessible and easy to find. We are government contractor and I like that UP keeps up with OFCCP changes and will update the system to keep up with compliance reporting requirement of the government.
