What do you like best about UKG Pro? It's user friendly and offers real time reporting. It is conveniently deployed in the cloud, offering us 24/7 mobile and global access. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? It needs customizations for different reports. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? We are utilizing Ulti for our payroll functioins.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like how every aspect of what is manageable by HR / myself as an employee, is broken down into segmented categories with different links. The ability to see different sections in a convenient window is also very helpful. For the pay stubs you can have a full view and then have it changed to a printer friendly version. I like how you can pick and chose what format you see the pay stub in. It is easy to go back through old pay history as well. What do ...

What do you like best about UKG Pro? Our old platform was no longer supported and we wanted a robust HCM. Manager and employee Self Service was the most important aspect of moving to an HSM. The UltiPro team was very hands on with the implementation. Our UltiPro and Genesco team work well together. Our companies are like minded. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? For the Phoenix Suns and Arizona Diamondbacks, the ability to apportion wages to multiple tax jurisdictions and withhold required taxes on a single check has been key. "Ultipro is an excellent product, they are great to work with and a good partner."

What do you like best about UKG Pro? Ease of use makes the product a no brainer but it is so much more. They do a great job with the compliance end and local taxes. The updates are frequent enough to catch all the changes but not too often to be annoying, upgrades are easy to deal with and impliment. What do you like best about UKG Pro? Scalability - we went from 2 companies and 1000 employees to 15 companies and 2300 employees with very little work and no extras or upgrades needed. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? There is no way to "undo" certain changes in the system - not actually a bad thing, as it should cause a push to greater accuracy in your HR department, but if there is no push, you get a lot of weird job changes.
