What do you like best about UKG Pro? I love the enire product. I think that Ultimate has developed an amazing HCM software and it improves with each release! What do you dislike about UKG Pro? My inability to mass load data ( I am mid-market not Enterprise). Sometimes I need things loaded quickly and understanably it can take my AM 3-5 days to get it loaded. What do you like best about UKG Pro? UltiPro is easy to use and integrate with other systems. The customer service model. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? That not all modules are fully integrated. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Our payrolls are more accurate then prior to Ultimate.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like the user interface of the application. It is user friendly and reliable. I haven't had any login issue unlike other HR applications. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I wish it allowed the users to customize the interface to the user's liking. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? I can access all my HR needs through this application

What do you like best about UKG Pro? The Ultipro system is easy to use and very easy to teach to new users on the system. We can hire people and not have to rely on previous payroll experience to get the employees we really want. The ones with the heart and desire to learn payroll. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? "UltiPro is simply the best tool out there!"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? One of the toughest aspects of HR/Payroll is the reporting requirements whether they be Federal, State, or internal. With UltiPro's COGNOS Business Intelligence, I am able to create customized reports that fit exactly what is being asked of me. The tool is so easy to use that most times I am able to generate a preview report for the individual before they even leave my office! What do you dislike about UKG Pro? What do you like best about UKG Pro? I found UltiPro to be very user friendly. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Sometimes it gets a little funky when you try to put in custom dates, but it wasn't that big of an issue. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? UltiPro is very good for our timekeeping/payroll purposes.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? - Look and feel - Tax Filing functionality: IRS Form 941, Schedule B, W2, W2-C, SUI reports - Business Intelligence - Knowlegeable NSRs What do you dislike about UKG Pro? - Unknowledgeable NSRs. What do you like best about UKG Pro? It's very user friendly and easy to learn. I like being able to see gross to net before closing payroll too. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? The one thing that you can't do is upload a file to override FICA taxes. What do you like best about UKG Pro? Ultipro is so user friendly in my opinion. Easy to navigate in both web and back office. Ability to write ad-hoc reporting and use in real time without dependencies on the vendor is absolutely wonderful. I love that they offer free training and are partners for life.
