What do you like best about UKG Pro? I really like the ability to createreports that are made for our business. I get alot of request from different departments that all need different things. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? UltiPro isnt as user friendly on the payroll side. It still has alot of manaully processes, like retropay. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? The ability to creat Ad Hoc reports.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? UltiPro is very user friendly, intuitive (for the most part), relatively easy to customize (especially if you can pay for it), and I recommend it for small to medium companies. We've had major platform issues causing very slow and delayed payroll processing. It took 3 very painful payroll cycles before Ultimate Software was able to rectify this. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Expect to do most of the work yourself. They do not really handhold, and you will be a slave to the system a little while before it starts to work for you.
