Specifically, managers have continual issues with being able to save reviews and seeing all of the functionality for the review. What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like that the system is not as expensive as Oracle or SAP. I like that Ultimate is always updating and enhancing the tools. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like that both HR and our employees have access to the site anytime, anywhere.
