Specifically, managers have continual issues with being able to save reviews and seeing all of the functionality for the review. What do you like best about UKG Pro? The system has an efficient customer support and rapid response line. They usually reply back to my case within two hours and they provide really clear steps on what actions to take to resolve any HR/Payroll issues I was experiencing with the system.
