What do you like best about UKG Pro? The ease of the product itself is great. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I haven't found anything yet that I dislike Recommendations to others considering UKG Pro: Do it! If you have concerns, call me and I'll be happy to go over our transition and the benefits of this product. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Reporting and time management. Helping managers understand the report capabilities and running those on their own.
