"Simple From the Users Perspective"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? The software is easy to navigate through and edit, being able to update your own payroll information is incredibly useful. Great reporting tools as well. As a user my paycheck and PTO calender are very accessible and user friendly. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I have yet to generate a complaint or find an issue with any part of this software. What do you like best about UKG Pro? It works fairly well for its purpose to users. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? It can be hard to navigate some features of the product. I have had trouble accessing why some information changed. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Working with payroll information & and 401k plan.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? UltiPro is pretty simple to move through. not too many thing you can break. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? tax support, never gets back to you when stated you will receive your qtr. reports on this day, you will be sending out emails asking where the reports are. transfer from one account expert to another is not handled very well. you are told this is going to happen in our case at a qtr. close and the new account person never even called to ...

What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like that the system is not as expensive as Oracle or SAP. I like that Ultimate is always updating and enhancing the tools. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like that it is web-based and all on one platform. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? We have really struggled with the performance management module. Specifically, managers have continual issues with being able to save reviews and seeing all of the functionality for the review.
