What do you like best about UKG Pro? Data and Automation. Ultipro's BI offering is IBM's Cognos so as long as a company has someone capable of building the right queries they can get any data needed from the system in a variety of formats and delivery methods. Our employees have a sense of familiarity with the interface and aren't apprehensive about diving in and looking around. What do you dislike about UKG Pro?
