"Could defintely improve"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? Business Intelligence. I enjoy building reports and I think it is Ultipro's best feature. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Difficulty of moving around and finding things. Managers always complain about having "too many clicks" Should be more user friendly to those who don't work in Ultipro every day. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? None.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? Ultimate Software has become a leader in giving their customers full service for HR and payroll. By setting up a system that has components that allow a company to customize the system based on their needs. "Nicely robust system that is easily configured and adaptable"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? Data and Automation. Ultipro's BI offering is IBM's Cognos so as long as a company has someone capable of building the right queries they can get any data needed from the system in a variety of formats and delivery methods. They also recently added the ability to turn an existing Cognos report into a scheduled FTP drop and they have multiple API's so if a company has someone internally who can write data calls it is very easy to set up imports and ...

What do you like best about UKG Pro? UltiPro is user-friendly for both employees and administrators. Ultimate Software is continually enhancing the system with options, one of which is Platform Configuration, which allows you to create your own fields, hide system fields, change labels and includes the ability to report off of these fields.
