We chose Ultipro because of the ease of use for administrators, managers and employees - we especially liked the self service feature for managers and employees. What do you like best about UKG Pro? It is simple and it works. I switched from one company using UltiPro to another using UltiPro and I was able to jump right in. "Powerful HR tool"

What do you like best about UKG Pro? Flexibility and ease if use. We went live in April and are still finding new uses for the product. Customer service is great -- very helpful and friendly. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Implementation was a concern but once we voiced our issues they were addressed quickly and completely. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? We now have ability to report to senior management on a variety of HR issues.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? UltiPro allows us to have 1 single log-in to manage our Payroll, Benefits, Training, Performance Management, & Recruitment! What do you like best about UKG Pro? Business Intelligence. I enjoy building reports and I think it is Ultipro's best feature. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Difficulty of moving around and finding things. Managers always complain about having "too many clicks" Should be more user friendly to those who don't work in Ultipro every day.
