What do you like best about UKG Pro? The people at Ultimate are terrific. I've never worked with team members who are more upbeat, pleasant and helpful. Each time I call or email Ultimate I receive feedback in a prompt manner and usually get my issued resolved on the first try. What do you like best about UKG Pro? The ability to upload files into the Payroll Gateway for bonuses and deductions adds efficiency. The many help aids on UltiPro add to our ability to gain knowledge on our own. Dedicated tax team to assist in working out any tax issues. It takes minimal time to reconcile payroll. What do you like best about UKG Pro? I enjoy the ability to configure UltiPro to my company needs. We are a very unique organization, we couldn't manage our employee base and complicated payroll in other systems we had used. UltiPro continues to offer more and more customer configurability. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? some modules like onboarding and life events have some issues What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? UTM was used for student employees, both time and payroll. Dept has less manual processes. We are looking to setup and go live with open enrollment.
