What do you like best about UKG Pro? Having been with UltiPro since 1997 I am still impressed with the diversity and robust system they have created. What do you like best about UKG Pro? UltiPro is use friendly and the support is excellent. The support team at Ultimate is also very good - they care about their relationship with the company and it shows. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? "User Friendly"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? Ultipro is easy to understand and user friendly. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? With regards to benefits, I do not like the part where we have to put many custom request in place to import and export the files. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? We were doing payroll changes manually in system. At present we are using Employee and Manager Self service and work flow which is very easy to set up and use.

"Great for small to midsize companies."
What do you like best about UKG Pro? If the system is utilized to it's as designed it works great. Great for companies who do not have complex payrolls or benefit plans. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Customization of system is necessary to meet all needs. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Recruiting, Onboarding and Payroll are the business problems that were solved using UltiPro.

"Great software from a great company."
What do you like best about UKG Pro? The software grows with our company. It can be customized to fit almost any situation. Very user friendly. Software improves based on customer feedback. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? The only caveat that is bothersome is the multicompany termination. What do you like best about UKG Pro? The end-user experience for UltiPro is very user-friendly and intuitive. Over the last few years that UltiPro was implemented, employee use of the system has increased greatly.
