"Great platform for payroll and other HRM functionality"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? Navigation is intuitive. Data structures in core are easy to understand. Configuration is good. Handles user-defined formulas for 401k and other deductions/earnings. Web payroll steps are great for seeing the status of your payroll. Integrations are relatively easy to set up. What do you like best about UKG Pro? UltiPro has allowed our company to do more with our HR information in a more realistic timeframe. The end user experience has enhanced the usage of our HR applications when compared to the past. What do you like best about UKG Pro? What I like best about UltiPro is that I can count on the product to be up to date following the latest laws and regulations. The system is very integrated and gives multiple products that work together seamlessly. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? As a 20+ year customer of UltiPro I find I have more to learn and sometimes it is a challenge for me to keep up. "All-in-one HR System"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? The all-in-one HR System is great! My favorite module is the onboarding system, as it has decreased our time for paperwork and eliminated our use of physical paper. I also like the survey module and how payroll can be completed in 4 hours for our company now. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? The recruiting module does not pull as many candidates as our previous system. It would be great if UKG Recruiting could post out to many different job search ...

"Process Payroll Efficiently"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? Loving the new analytics features in the Payroll Gateway that allow you to see potential issues without having to run reports. Points out how many terminated employees are being paid and active employees not being paid. Reduces time and increases efficiency. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Some of the downsides are the inability to discuss tax issues with payment services and the time it takes to get cases resolved. If these were improved it would ...

What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like the wide variety of modules available in this product. In my current role I am fortuate to have many modules which makes my job easier. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I would have to say I dislike the time it takes to get a resource assigned for a new integration especially at year end.
