What do you like best about UKG Pro? The ease of processing payroll and the ability to make changes immediately What do you dislike about UKG Pro? We're still looking to eliminate some add'l manual processes through the reporting functionality, but it is hard to identify new customized fields for those reports. What do you like best about UKG Pro? I'm not sure at this point. I need more time to assess. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I believe some of the reports should be standard reports with the system. When you are a new user you sometimes need basic simple reports and don't have the time to create using Joins, etc. I also think the fields should not be in different places. What do you like best about UKG Pro? One stop shop. Have one password to everything! What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Customer service team are not always responsive. The first person to answer a question, might not be an SME, hence you go through a couple of people before you actually get help Recommendations to others considering UKG Pro: Make sure you have your history implemented at the same time with the core data. What do you like best about UKG Pro? The many modules that Ultimate offers to encompass all of HR. Having a dedicated Account Rep who knows our account and is always readily available to assist. What do you like best about UKG Pro? UltiPro core is a great payroll and employee record system. Lots of great features. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? UTA is not my favorite. Most of our issues have been with our Time & Attendance module. Our clocks are a part of the problem as well. Recommendations to others considering UKG Pro: Core is awesome!
