What do you like best about UKG Pro? It is very easy to use and you can access other locations when they need help. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Sometimes the help desk says contact attempted and they have not. Recommendations to others considering UKG Pro: Use consultants to help you implement it. It is a lot easier. What do you like best about UKG Pro? I love the reporting functionality. Tons of customizable reports, that report on every field in the system. The benefits enrollment works extremely well for our workforce. The HRIS system is top notch. Gosh, I love it all! What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I believe some of the reports should be standard reports with the system. When you are a new user you sometimes need basic simple reports and don't have the time to create using Joins, etc. I also think the fields should not be in different places.
