Many modules have a good high level functionality but it seems that small things that should have been there from the start are missing. This makes a module not work the way it should. When you process any payment, you have to choose from a drop down each time, rather than check boxes of the earnings codes or deduction codes. What do you like best about UKG Pro? Customer Service - Ultimate listens to what customers want and adds in the functionality. Use share ideas to get your request out there and network with other users to get votes! What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Certain modules have strict limitations; there are times when you want to have something work or calculate or display a certain way, but it just isn't possible - like in Salary Planning or the Performance Management module. What do you like best about UKG Pro? easy to use. BI is awesome. Took our company to a new level with payroll, HR, benefits, and employee self service. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? recruitment is clunky and not user friendly. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Reporting along with alerts helps catches mistakes. Less issues; process improvements.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? Some reps are really helpful! When problems arise they are quick to try and find a solution. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Not all systems seem to communicate fluudly What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? finding ways to use this system to decentralize HR as we grow.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? The look and feel of the site is nice. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Not a true date effective system for benefit purposes. Recommendations to others considering UKG Pro: Need for an independent implementation team -- if coming from paper this would be great. The Onboarding program is wonderful, but the recruiting needs work What do you dislike about UKG Pro? little to no customization, the use of mondo server instead of SQL for Recruiting What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Streamlining recruiting and on-boarding. It can be a simple paperless process. Cuts paperwork time in half.
