"Ultimate - one stop shop!"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? If you use more than one of the services they all seem to work together well. We use UTA (Ultipro Time and Attendance), Payment Services and the back office. It all seems to work together well to create a smooth environment for processing payroll. The web is being updated all the time for payroll and processing. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? What do you like best about UKG Pro? Ability to change things myself without calling a back office. Sometimes I need to, but limited. Also appreciate the Account Manager process so someone is assigned to help me. Recruiting and onboarding have significantly streamlined our process. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? What do you like best about UKG Pro? The amount of information that you can put in and get out of UltiPro! This is our first HRIS system and it is amazing. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? What do you like best about UKG Pro? I love the reporting functionality. Tons of customizable reports, that report on every field in the system. The benefits enrollment works extremely well for our workforce. The HRIS system is top notch. Gosh, I love it all! What do you dislike about UKG Pro? What do you like best about UKG Pro? It is very easy to use and you can access other locations when they need help. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Sometimes the help desk says contact attempted and they have not. Recommendations to others considering UKG Pro: Use consultants to help you implement it. It is a lot easier. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? No IT support involved in UltiPro. Used to require one person from IT.
