What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like the organization and efficiency of the Ultimate team with implementation. I love how it has streamlined payroll and our open enrollment during year end And of course I love that I don't have to pay the taxes myself anymore. What do you like best about UKG Pro? It's all in the same system, so there aren't multiple vendors whose systems may or may not properly connect. We streamlined our onboarding and performance management processes. It has a simple Employee experience (minus the UTM screen and W-4 changes). The user community sessions are helpful. What do you like best about UKG Pro? I love the reporting functionality. Tons of customizable reports, that report on every field in the system. What do you like best about UKG Pro? It is very easy to use and you can access other locations when they need help. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Sometimes the help desk says contact attempted and they have not. Recommendations to others considering UKG Pro: Use consultants to help you implement it. It is a lot easier. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? No IT support involved in UltiPro. Used to require one person from IT.

The Onboarding program is wonderful, but the recruiting needs work What do you dislike about UKG Pro? little to no customization, the use of mondo server instead of SQL for Recruiting What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Streamlining recruiting and on-boarding. It can be a simple paperless process. Cuts paperwork time in half.
