What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like the organization and efficiency of the Ultimate team with implementation. I love how it has streamlined payroll and our open enrollment during year end And of course I love that I don't have to pay the taxes myself anymore. What do you like best about UKG Pro? The ease of use in the back office programming and customization on the individual level. Configurable fields. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Support at times can be lacking when submission of a ticket.
