"Definitely has alot of capability however communication and help from Ultimate could use improvement"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like all the capabilities it has like online enrollment, can attach records, store personnel history, lots of reporting an upgrade from what we were using What do you dislike about UKG Pro? when you need something extra it seems to always come with a cost. What do you like best about UKG Pro? Ease of use; innovation, look and feel. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Technical support can be difficult. Resolution is lengthy. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? We are providing a payroll solution for our clients. In general, our clients really favor the software.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? The look and feel. I am in accounting so I do like the GL reporting. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? There was not enough training in the beginning, so the company is experiencing some learning pains. I strongly believe that in person, on site training would have greatly helped our company in this regard! Recommendations to others considering UKG Pro: Consider the training. What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like the user friendly feel of UltiPro. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I dislike the way the Ultimate Members assigned to our account keep changing and their roles keep changes. I feel like every time I turn around, we're getting a new person or roles are changing. What do you like best about UKG Pro? Ease for administrators to be trained on the product and be able to manage the system for the organization. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Wait time for Service Requests is too long during peak season What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Streamlining the Recruiting and Onboarding process. We have been able to go completely paperless by using Ultimate.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? Ease of using payroll module and automatic reports. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Joins in BI between T&A and Admin package. What do you like best about UKG Pro? Payroll processing, self service open enrollment and benefit administration has been greatly improved. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Tax services.
