What do you like best about UKG Pro? The support we get from Ultimate is amazing once we report a problem. Their conferences are pretty amazing too! What do you dislike about UKG Pro? As an enterprise customer anytime there is any customization or changes we need to make it becomes very expensive quickly. What do you like best about UKG Pro? The ease of use of the system. User friendly for employee, manager and adminstrator. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Being able to do more items ahead time for payroll prior to processing day. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Managing worked time. Using UTM I can customize the system to our business rules.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? the ultimate staff are incredibly kind and helpful What do you dislike about UKG Pro? some of the sessions were not engaging and could've been better presented. Recommendations to others considering UKG Pro: When they tell you the people setting up the system it is their full time job, IT IS there fulltime job. What do you like best about UKG Pro? The new innovations. My support from Jean Muskane is really timely. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Wish it were more inclusive of pricing, not fully understanding what the packages contain. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Manual processes are being reduced and UlitPro is replacing them. New hire and status updates are now being utilized in UP.

"My experience with Ultimate is ok"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like Payroll models in the payroll gateway. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I dislike having to use back office. Having two different applications to use is not efficient use of my time. Not very advanced for software company that wants to quit wasting their customer's time. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? The business problem solved with our implementation was the implementation of UTA.
