What do you like best about UKG Pro? The fact that the managers can do everything from create a job requisition to terminate an employee and everything in between on one site. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? The inability to customize things without a huge charge. There are also compatibility issues with different browser systems. What do you like best about UKG Pro? The General session was incredible and the hands-on is very informational. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I wish that there was some other caffeinated alternative to tea or coffee (i.e. soda). There was ample water, but water gets old. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? We don't utilize our system like we could. We're trying to figure out ways to enhance it and also ways to better use BI

It is not user friendly.... security workflow does not flow from core and payroll Recommendations to others considering UKG Pro: Leave a lot of time for implementation and has a dedicated resource What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? not having time submitted via paper.. and controlling costs of overtime

What do you like best about UKG Pro? ease of use and the ability to update your system.
