"My experience with Ultimate is ok"

What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like Payroll models in the payroll gateway. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I dislike having to use back office. Having two different applications to use is not efficient use of my time. Not very advanced for software company that wants to quit wasting their customer's time. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? The business problem solved with our implementation was the implementation of UTA.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? UltiPro is super user friendly (non-HR and HR alike). I like the easy accessibility for employees to go to the main dashboard and they have one place for requesting days off, changing address, etc. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I dislike in Recruitment how it will log me off while I'm in the middle of doing something and I have to start all over again (example: while creating reqs.) There's no minimum or maximum time frame this will happen. What ...

What do you like best about UKG Pro? All the suites of applications that one can use for HR, while still allowing third party provider applications when needed. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I don't like that .Net still has gaps from Back Office. Recommendations to others considering UKG Pro: Use all the products available to get the most bang for your buck. Recommendations to others considering UKG Pro: Evaluate the system and I am sure you will find something that will work in your organization. What do you like best about UKG Pro? I really like the Connections conference. I have learned to so much at the conferences. I wish we would have come earlier! What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I wish there were more opportunities for classroom like training in my local area (Dallas). What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?
