What do you like best about UKG Pro? We use the Core HR and Payroll and we like the functionality and ease of use. Just purchased Recruiting and Onboarding and are looking forward to using this product. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Some backoffice functionality not available on the web. "Ultimate Software is Better Than the Rest! "

What do you like best about UKG Pro? UltiPro is super user friendly (non-HR and HR alike). I like the easy accessibility for employees to go to the main dashboard and they have one place for requesting days off, changing address, etc. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I dislike in Recruitment how it will log me off while I'm in the middle of doing something and I have to start all over again (example: while creating reqs.) What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like Payroll models in the payroll gateway. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I dislike having to use back office. Having two different applications to use is not efficient use of my time. Not very advanced for software company that wants to quit wasting their customer's time. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? The business problem solved with our implementation was the implementation of UTA.

The response times to respond to cases and the employees infinity to make changes without fully understanding the issues. I also dont like the constant change of AM's. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Quicker time in processing payroll and ability to find errors quickly.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? I trust the system to be accurate and feel it is very easy to use with not a lot of issues. Anytime that you need assistance - it is easy to open a case for assistance What do you dislike about UKG Pro? It hard to keep track of who you need to get in contact with for different steps to get things corrected. It is hard to train our managers to use the system.
