What do you like best about UKG Pro? The ease of use, and the look and feel of the site for end users. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Some functionality is not there for field edits. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Reporting analysis, benefits, payroll. We are in the process of adding Compensation, Recruiting and Onboarding. New features coming with benefits.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? I think that setup and functionality is easy to use and configure to each company's needs. End users can easily learn the system. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Password/pw requirements. I wish employees could set up their own login that they could easily remember. Some of the limited capability- would like to be able to have 3rd party recruiters add applicants. What do you like best about UKG Pro? the ultimate staff are incredibly kind and helpful What do you dislike about UKG Pro? some of the sessions were not engaging and could've been better presented. Recommendations to others considering UKG Pro: When they tell you the people setting up the system it is their full time job, IT IS there fulltime job.
