What do you like best about UKG Pro? The fact that the managers can do everything from create a job requisition to terminate an employee and everything in between on one site. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? The inability to customize things without a huge charge. There are also compatibility issues with different browser systems. "The best HRIS ever used."
What do you like best about UKG Pro? The flexibility and easy and intuitive access. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? There is so much to do I can't do it all. Recommendations to others considering UKG Pro: Evaluate the system and I am sure you will find something that will work in your organization. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? HRIS, payroll, open enrollment, recriuiting, performance management. It saves a lot of time and paper.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? Single sign on and additional HR tools outside of just HR / Benefit and Payroll What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Some of the limited capability- would like to be able to have 3rd party recruiters add applicants. "Nicely configurable but some foundation items flawed."
What do you like best about UKG Pro? New Platform Configuration is my favorite What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Company Transfer process is broken, transfer back doesn't work in web and the process is inconsistent in the back office. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? We have begun to realize more efficient processes and less manual transactions.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? I appreciate the fact that the Ultimate offers a full suite. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I would like to see more user friendly reporting. "My experience with Ultimate is ok"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like Payroll models in the payroll gateway. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I dislike having to use back office. Having two different applications to use is not efficient use of my time. Not very advanced for software company that wants to quit wasting their customer's time. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? The business problem solved with our implementation was the implementation of UTA.
