What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like the product portfolio. There seems to be a solution that I can utilize for just about anything I need to perform. I work in HRIS, so the People Analytics tool is where I spend a lot of time! With the learning center available to me, I have learned about and built some fantastic reports/dashboards to provide to our leaders who can use those reports to make critical decisions that impact our business. What do you like best about UKG Pro? PEOPLE SEARCH, UTM INTERFACE, ABILITY TO SUBMIT CASES, PAYROLL GATEWAY What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I FIND THAT BI CAN BE A BIT FRUSTRATING. I WISH IT WERE PART OF CORE VERSUS A SEPARATE INTERFACE. I WOULD THINK IT WOULD BE PART OF THE REGULAR STANDARD REPORTS AREA. I WISH WE HAD THE ABILITY TO IMPERSONATE EE VIEWS. The energy seemed low and not alot of networking . What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Interfaces and API to get ready to launch Ready. No lines with the UKG staff to ask alot of questions and get one on one assistance.

"My experience with UKG Pro has been really good. Compared to our previous system, UKG is phenomenal."

What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like that employees are able to have access to their own information and updates. In our previous system, our admin always had to complete this information. UKG makes it simple, tracks changes and updates, and allows for different levels of access. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Some aspects of UKG are not always editable.
