What do you like best about UKG Pro? The ease of use, and the look and feel of the site for end users. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Some functionality is not there for field edits. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Reporting analysis, benefits, payroll. We are in the process of adding Compensation, Recruiting and Onboarding. New features coming with benefits.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like that Ultimate Software is a true payroll software and not just part on an ERP. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? The benefits area is not being utilized in my company because it can be hard to configure and would need customization. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? We just went to ESS with UltiPro and it has relieved my department of a part of their workload.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? I think that setup and functionality is easy to use and configure to each company's needs. End users can easily learn the system. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Password/pw requirements. I wish employees could set up their own login that they could easily remember. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Many - Compensation/Performance Reviews/Benefits Enrollment

What do you like best about UKG Pro? End user friendly, easy to navigate. Can quickly add new locations, deductions, etc. Great for employee self-service What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Still have a need to use back office for System Admins, we can't do everything in the web. Don't have an App for employee and managers. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Online benefit enrollment - reduction in paper processes. Employee self service.

The process of making adjustments to taxable wages is cumbersome. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Employee self service has been a great benefit to our company.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? The ease of use of the system. User friendly for employee, manager and adminstrator. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Being able to do more items ahead time for payroll prior to processing day. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Managing worked time. Using UTM I can customize the system to our business rules.
