What do you like best about UKG Pro? Everything is in one area. There are also items here that are nice to think about and have a place to keep them (specifically career management ideas). Allows employees to update personal information with the company and HR, view pay stubs, make changes to benefits, track reviews and track time off/vacation. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? What do you like best about UKG Pro? Clean design. It has a lot of useful features - payroll, time stamping, and recruiting database. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? It is not user friendly at first and can be difficult to navigate unless you know what you're doing. What do you like best about UKG Pro? Hire candidate wizard is probably the best feature, as it makes hiring the new hire simple. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Recruitment Gateway - the look is not user friendly, you must click on several different areas to see what you need to see. The 2nd window that pops up to "search" for data to enter into fields. It would be more user friendly if you could begin typing in that field and a drop down would appear to select the data you want entered. ...
