What do you like best about UKG Pro? It consolidates several functions that used to be done separately on several systems. It is theoretically possible to log in and punch in on a mobile phone. What do you like best about UKG Pro? Access to all pay records, tax info and benefits in one place. I find it seamless to access previous pay records. The summary pages offer a great at a glance view for information that will usually answer the questions that you have. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? When reviewing a pay stub it would be better to hit next to view next pay stub. You have to hit the previous screen button and then select the next pay stub Recommendations to others ...

What do you like best about UKG Pro? Ulti Pro is pretty simple to use and has a lot of different functions. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? It can sometimes be hard to find the place you need, and submitting requests to edit other things can be redundant. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? We use UltiPro for time clock, payroll, time management, direct deposit and time off requests, etc.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? I really like the Account managers. I have a dedicated account manager that is available to me to help me through the entire process. The amount of free training is second to none. I can also keep most of my HR payroll process in ONE system. Its a streamlined experience for employees. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? What do you like best about UKG Pro? There are so many benefits to using this system but I think the best thing about the system for us is the processing of the weekly payroll.
