What do you like best about UKG Pro? The thing I like most about Ultimate Software is the ease of use. It is easily configurable to get you the HR Solutions you need. We have been with Ultimate since 2007 and have the Employee Self-Service as well as the Manager Self-Service features, which free up a lot of time for both our HR and Payroll departments in addressing minor employee requests. "Ultipro has streamlined many processes for our organization. We are more efficient."

What do you like best about UKG Pro? Our organization had a paper open enrollment process before Ultipro. The Open Enrollment module has been such a blessing., streamlining our process and because we are not hand keying enrollments we have less errors. Creating my own reports in BI is awesome. What do you like best about UKG Pro? Our organization has had the ability to streamline our on boarding, recruiting and appraisal process. What do you like best about UKG Pro? It consolidates several functions that used to be done separately on several systems. It is theoretically possible to log in and punch in on a mobile phone.
