What do you like best about UKG Pro? There are many things I really like and appreciate with the UltiPro: 1.) Employee experience is exceptional - the employee's can look at their payroll, profile, job history, performance reviews, and participate in the process of employee engagement. "Ultimate Software--Ultimate Awesome!!!"

What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like that our employees can access all of their information - pay stubs, PTO balances, etc... Wherever they are and enter their own PTO requests too! It is engaging for the employees and eases the number of questions we receive in HR and Payroll. "Ultipro has streamlined many processes for our organization. We are more efficient."

What do you like best about UKG Pro? Our organization had a paper open enrollment process before Ultipro. The Open Enrollment module has been such a blessing., streamlining our process and because we are not hand keying enrollments we have less errors. Creating my own reports in BI is awesome. "Although Ultipro is still evolving, they are delivering top quality products and exceptional service"

What do you like best about UKG Pro? The service and partnership that Ultimate provides. They are responsive, do not rely on patchwork customs, solve issues at their core, and create a great environment for user community involvement. Any product that they developed works seamlessly within their environment, and although some customers might shy away from self service features, I personally enjoy the ability to be fully self reliant within their HRIS. "Streamlined processes through Ultipro"

What do you like best about UKG Pro? Our organization has had the ability to streamline our on boarding, recruiting and appraisal process. We are completely paperless and feel Ultimate has really aided us in making this happen. We use all of the Ultimate products! What do you dislike about UKG Pro? We have been a client of UltiPro since 2013, and were able to achieve operational efficiencies and cost savings by leveraging its many workflows and system capabilities. What do you like best about UKG Pro? Ultipro is a very user friendly product that has a clean look to it. The system is very easy to navigate through and easy to teach and train others. "Causes more problems than it solves"

What do you like best about UKG Pro? It consolidates several functions that used to be done separately on several systems. It is theoretically possible to log in and punch in on a mobile phone. Open enrollment with Ultipro was easier than under the previous software. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Interface is not user-friendly or intuitive.
