What do you like best about UKG Pro? Having one system for human resources, payroll and payroll taxes is wonderful. It's a very flexible system so as we added another entity, it allowed us to accommodate their needs as well. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Sometimes, it's almost too much. They are responsive, do not rely on patchwork customs, solve issues at their core, and create a great environment for user community involvement. "Ultimate Software--Ultimate Awesome!!!"

What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like that our employees can access all of their information - pay stubs, PTO balances, etc... Wherever they are and enter their own PTO requests too! It is engaging for the employees and eases the number of questions we receive in HR and Payroll.
