What do you like best about UKG Pro? Cloud based unified system that, like wine, only gets better with age. The more you use the system, the more analytics you can get which helps you make informed decisions. UltiPro is simple to use, visually appealing and highly customize-able. What do you like best about UKG Pro? Having many of our modules in one system is very convenient and keeps our data accurate. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? "Excellent software for human resources and payroll"

What do you like best about UKG Pro? Having one system for human resources, payroll and payroll taxes is wonderful. It's a very flexible system so as we added another entity, it allowed us to accommodate their needs as well. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Sometimes, it's almost too much. Hard to believe but at times, it's difficult to keep up with all the great features and updates. We like to continue to improve our processes and their updates allow for that. "Ultipro has streamlined many processes for our organization. We are more efficient."

What do you like best about UKG Pro? Our organization had a paper open enrollment process before Ultipro. The Open Enrollment module has been such a blessing., streamlining our process and because we are not hand keying enrollments we have less errors. Creating my own reports in BI is awesome. What do you like best about UKG Pro? Our organization has had the ability to streamline our on boarding, recruiting and appraisal process. We are completely paperless and feel Ultimate has really aided us in making this happen. We use all of the Ultimate products! What do you dislike about UKG Pro?
