What do you like best about UKG Pro? UltiPro was easy for few, but necessary things: accessing my paystub right away and viewing my W2. The paystubs were easy to read. I also love the self service features for employees and management, it is very intuitive and easy to use! What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I don't have any dislikes of the software. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to make key business decisions based upon data!

We are in the middle of a year long implementation but it seems as though it will provide the fully integrated solution we were hoping for. "Great payroll software!"

What do you like best about UKG Pro? It helps me keep up with my time & my employee's time. I can approve their time immediately and can request PTO hours as well. It's a great way for my boss to keep up with hours I work. I can also print paystubs, change W-4 info, access my W-2's, etc. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I'm not fond of the way time management is done. I don't like having to input several rows for each PTO, holiday pay, FMLA, etc. I'd prefer it be 1 line with comments on ...

What do you like best about UKG Pro? I think the system is very user friendly and easy to navigate from a manager or employee perspective. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Reporting is done through Cognos, but can be difficult to figure out how to build something relevant due to the way fields are nested. Sometimes you might have to go intot he personal section to find info that appears on the job page. Also, there are many functions that cannot be completed by the system, but must be ...

What do you like best about UKG Pro? UltiPro is VERY secure and requires users to change their password monthly. This ensures user information is private, but can sometimes be a pain. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Our access to UltiPro is only via a custom link, and we cannot login via their site or by any other means. Without a "bookmark" accessing can be a chore.
