"Does What it Needs To"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? We use UltiPro for HR management in our organization. It gets the job done, though I had some issues first getting it to work on a few browsers. Overall, it does what its intended to. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I disliked the initial curve with getting it to work on my computer. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? I am not a back-end user of UltiPro, just a user.

"UltiPro"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? It is a decent system. It is easily learned. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? UTA is horrible. I just started working with UTM and it may be a bit better. BI for Cognos can be a bit cumbersome and take all the courses given by Ultimate to help with understanding BI. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? UltiPro is pretty good and not the best but good for a large company.
