What do you like best about UKG Pro? VERY user friendly. The free training opportunities and the ease of getting assistance. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Submitting cases and having to purchase separate modules (Performance and Talent management) What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Open Enrollment! Submitting PTO requests. What do you like best about UKG Pro? the erm we have helps us with issues or new product info we need. the multitude of produces you have. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? BI because it is complicated, but it helps to have so much trianig on it What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? having HR and payroll in one data bases. this has cut down on time and duplication of work.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? Everything your need to do your job accurately and efficiently is in one convenient place. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? What do you like best about UKG Pro? one place to see all HR related items without going to the HR team printing out sensitive documents. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? In several areas there are walk through steps that are not intuitive like reporting time off. You have to save the same page 3 times to actually put in the request. What do you like best about UKG Pro? interface of each individual service is easy to read, all HR-related materials are in one place. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? In my mind, the location and management of paid time off is not very intuitive. It seems that there are two sections (one for hourly, on for salaried employees), but the difference between them is not well-labeled, so I would constantly confuse the two.
