What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like that backoffice is easy to Config and the support team is fairly responsive What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Lack of flexibility in Open Enrollment and Onboadind Recommendations to others considering UKG Pro: More flexibility. What do you like best about UKG Pro? Ultimate is a leader in innovation and HR solutions; from basic to complex functions. I like the solutions they offer and the best part is you can have all the pieces or one of the piece and it can still work for your organization. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? What do you like best about UKG Pro? That reviews can all be done on-line vs paper. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? That there is not enough of approval levels - Manager can not send it to next level manager for approval and then to HR for approval. We have to do this outside the system with next level manager and then just HR approves. There is also not a way to edit the goals within the review. In several areas there are walk through steps that are not intuitive like reporting time off. You have to save the same page 3 times to actually put in the request. What do you like best about UKG Pro? interface of each individual service is easy to read, all HR-related materials are in one place. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? In my mind, the location and management of paid time off is not very intuitive. It seems that there are two sections (one for hourly, on for salaried employees), but the difference between them is not well-labeled, so I would constantly confuse the two.
