What do you like best about UKG Pro? I love that I can do almost everything in one place, Recruit, Onboard, Hire, Manage Performance, Payroll, Compensation, Time & Attendence etc. The mobile app is great, especially if you have an employee base that is not sitting in front of a computer all day or is not very computer savvy. What do you like best about UKG Pro? UKG has a simple platform that both hiring managers and talent aquistion can use. There is an email notification from whoever is required action at any given time. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? There is not a calendar software assiciated so scheduling is still on your own. What do you like best about UKG Pro? reporting is fairly simple and user friendly. i reccomend it. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? the occasional time we have gotten kicked out the system during payroll, but it usually gets resolved right away. "The new UltiPro works!"

What do you like best about UKG Pro? UltiPro is user-friendly. It has a website and an app; you can log in to the app with your unique URL to have your company info right there on your phone. Being able to request time off or pull old pay stubs from your phone is fantastic. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I didn't particularly like that on the app you cannot clock in. You would have to loggin on your web browser on your phone which was just an extra step, less user frendly. What problems ...

What do you like best about UKG Pro? Our company just started using UKG products this year and it is a total game changer for the way we process our employees timesheets and time off requests! I love how easy it is to use and manage our large team. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? The site sometimes goes down, this causes issues with employees ablility to clock in and out. There are many different tools to utilize and the program is constantly offering new features. What do you dislike about UKG Pro?
