What do you like best about UKG Pro? Everything your need to do your job accurately and efficiently is in one convenient place. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? The only thing I really have an issue with is the UTM product. We really need a very detailed distribution of your employees time worked and this does not really meet our needs. What do you like best about UKG Pro? Ultimate is a leader in innovation and HR solutions; from basic to complex functions. I like the solutions they offer and the best part is you can have all the pieces or one of the piece and it can still work for your organization. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? What do you like best about UKG Pro? Its' highly configurable. fairly easy interface What do you dislike about UKG Pro? customer service is slow to reply and help resolve problems.for anything beyond simple questions. Ie..file transfers, BI What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? benefits administration has become much more efficient

What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like the ability of real time payroll processing and being able to make real time changes to a paycheck and see the check immediately. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Uploading of batches. If you need to make a change to the batch you have to undo all batches and start over with the uploads to correct just the one batch. At times too much template driven and seems like releases are behind times of innovation Recommendations to others considering UKG Pro: Need to push innovation seems to be behind and releases take too long. What do you like best about UKG Pro? Manager self service on the web, workflow What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Lacking leave administration workflow, lacking eligibility rules for benefits Recommendations to others considering UKG Pro: Evaluate the benefit workflow for larger customers. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Lots of manual work to complete benefit and job transactions. I think the upload function works well.

File feed integrations with my 3rd party vendors are the bane of my existence. Recommendations to others considering UKG Pro: We've enabled comp management but haven't actually used it yet.
