What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like that all the modules are in one place and we can add more with relative ease. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? File feed integrations with my 3rd party vendors are the bane of my existence. Recommendations to others considering UKG Pro: We've enabled comp management but haven't actually used it yet. What do you like best about UKG Pro? the erm we have helps us with issues or new product info we need. the multitude of produces you have. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? BI because it is complicated, but it helps to have so much trianig on it What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? having HR and payroll in one data bases. this has cut down on time and duplication of work.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? Manager self service on the web, workflow What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Lacking leave administration workflow, lacking eligibility rules for benefits Recommendations to others considering UKG Pro: Evaluate the benefit workflow for larger customers. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Lots of manual work to complete benefit and job transactions. I think the upload function works well.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like the ability of real time payroll processing and being able to make real time changes to a paycheck and see the check immediately. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Uploading of batches. If you need to make a change to the batch you have to undo all batches and start over with the uploads to correct just the one batch.
