What do you like best about UKG Pro? Ultipro is very user friendly! The system makes it easy to navigate to every page! It simply makes sense. Our old system had the motto of do the opposite of what make sense. After completing my hands on learning session, I'm very excited to utilize the BI feature, providing reports and charts to my Mangers. The IT department doesn't understand my needs and limits the screens I see in back office. What do you like best about UKG Pro? That reviews can all be done on-line vs paper. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? That there is not enough of approval levels - Manager can not send it to next level manager for approval and then to HR for approval. We have to do this outside the system with next level manager and then just HR approves. There is also not a way to edit the goals within the review. What do you like best about UKG Pro? One sign in for all HR information and systems. User friendly. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? PTO- cannot approve only a portion of the PTO request. It's all or nothing. Also, as a payroll administrator, when I view the list of PTO, if I click on a PTO request box, have to scroll to the top to see what the request is and no name shows on box. Also, UTA shifts. If a person works outside their shift, they have UAT when then shows up on their paystub as ...
