What do you like best about UKG Pro? the erm we have helps us with issues or new product info we need. the multitude of produces you have. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? BI because it is complicated, but it helps to have so much trianig on it What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? having HR and payroll in one data bases. this has cut down on time and duplication of work.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? Ultipro is very user friendly! The system makes it easy to navigate to every page! It simply makes sense. Our old system had the motto of do the opposite of what make sense. After completing my hands on learning session, I'm very excited to utilize the BI feature, providing reports and charts to my Mangers. What do you like best about UKG Pro? That reviews can all be done on-line vs paper. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? That there is not enough of approval levels - Manager can not send it to next level manager for approval and then to HR for approval. We have to do this outside the system with next level manager and then just HR approves. There is also not a way to edit the goals within the review. What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like the ability of real time payroll processing and being able to make real time changes to a paycheck and see the check immediately. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Uploading of batches. If you need to make a change to the batch you have to undo all batches and start over with the uploads to correct just the one batch. "Fairly user friendly HR system. One stop shop!"

What do you like best about UKG Pro? One sign in for all HR information and systems. User friendly. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? PTO- cannot approve only a portion of the PTO request. It's all or nothing. Also, as a payroll administrator, when I view the list of PTO, if I click on a PTO request box, have to scroll to the top to see what the request is and no name shows on box.
