What do you like best about UKG Pro? the software is ok at best. It seems easy enough to navigate. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I dislike the time sheet. It is not user friendly where as you could just submit total hours for the day, they want to know if you had a lunch breach and what time you stopped and started etc. As a seasoned professional it is time consuming for me to worry about the exact minute I start my day. Does not support all our needs and many of the items we needed are customs so price point increased. What do you like best about UKG Pro? User-friendly, flexible, so many features and modules. Time management replaced our home grown system, PTO requesting is streamlined and handled easily by user/management. No separate login to view pay. Employees can make changes (e.g. address) on their own - reduced amount of paper coming in to HR. Applicant can be pushed directly into core system when hired, less input and no paper!
