What do you like best about UKG Pro? ease of system for our students to record hours. Streamlined system makes it user friendly What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Does not support all our needs and many of the items we needed are customs so price point increased. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? used primarily for time & attendance system however we have utilized if for passing along useful and important information to our staff, faculty and students.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? From a daily user perspective UltiPro sets the bar high for usability, configuration and vendor management. If I run into issues I feel confident in logging a support case and having my issue resolved in a quick time frame. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I dislike that I have to log into the portal twice to access my time off calendar to schedule. It opens a completely different window and login request. What do you like best about UKG Pro? We like the ability to configure the system to fit most of our needs. We have been able to learn the system through implementation, activation and use. The model of service delivery UltiPro uses makes so much sense, it drives your understanding of the system and allows you to see new capabilities available. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? What do you like best about UKG Pro? Our associates' ability to access and update personal information on their own from anywhere they have internet access. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? An associate cannot make a change in life events before the event takes place (i.e. someone is getting married and he/she has to wait until after the wedding date to update benefit coverages.). What do you like best about UKG Pro? User-friendly, flexible, so many features and modules. Time management replaced our home grown system, PTO requesting is streamlined and handled easily by user/management. No separate login to view pay. Employees can make changes (e.g. address) on their own - reduced amount of paper coming in to HR. Applicant can be pushed directly into core system when hired, less input and no paper! What do you like best about UKG Pro? Payroll processing happens in real-time, no more waiting for long periods of time for results to calculate! What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Having to reconcile our paycheck account. Ceridian would debit one lump sum per payroll from our account to fund the checks, but Ultimate does not offer this service. Having the checks draw from our account has created a very manual process which is a step in the wrong direction. Recommendations to others ...
