What do you like best about UKG Pro? This product has so much to offer. The business intelligence tool exceeds my expectations and the customer service is by far better than any of the 5 other competitors I have worked with. Platform configuration is also a great tool. What do you like best about UKG Pro? Everyone at Ultimate Software is so willing to help. The software is very easy. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? The time it takes to benefit interfaces built. Recommendations to others considering UKG Pro: When setting up UltiPro take your time to make sure everything is set up the way you want it and ask questions on how each module works to the fullest. "UltiPro - Great product, great partnership"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? UltiPro is a very user friendly system which is easy to learn and looks great! You can customize so much of it for your business needs and the functionality is easy to roll out to all levels of the company. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? The time keeping (UTM) isn't amazing, it does what we need it to do, but it's not as nice as the rest of the system. What do you like best about UKG Pro? I lOVE how I can see everything I need to see within the different pages of Ulti-Pro. If I have a question about something, I don't have to go to my HR person 80% of the time. I can check paystubs, and all sorts of information without having to play email tag with our HR guy. What do you like best about UKG Pro? We used it at my last company. It was okay. Nothing stellar, but nothing really terrible either. Overall, UltiPro has a nice looking dashboard. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I didn't have many strong dislikes. Sometimes it was difficult to find things. I HATED time tracking. What do you like best about UKG Pro? The look of the product was easy to follow. The colors were bold/fresh. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? The service was not good. "Inuitive, easy and best of all has the power of communities"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? From a daily user perspective UltiPro sets the bar high for usability, configuration and vendor management. If I run into issues I feel confident in logging a support case and having my issue resolved in a quick time frame. What do you dislike about UKG Pro?
