What do you like best about UKG Pro? I can do everything I need to from one program. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Can't really think of anything I don't like. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Easier for employees to access and change the things needed.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? The reporting capability is very robust and with little skill you can get detailed reports. If you have more knowledge you can get incredibly detailed reports. The table configuration is made simple by giving a simple view for configuration instead of having to connect multiple tables. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? There isn't much that I dislike. What do you like best about UKG Pro? Best HRIS solution on the market. I like that I can house all my HR needs in one place. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Can not think of something I dislike. Sometimes I struggle to find the information I am looking for in BI especially if it is a custom field. They are there just not easy to find. "Great Choice!"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? In general, I love it all. We did not have a true ATS when we converted to UltiPro so I am thrilled to have this system. It is much easier from the candidate perspective to navigate than the system I used at prior company (Kenexa Brass Ring). Onboarding for them is a breeze. I love the analytics available through BI. What do you like best about UKG Pro? UltiPro is responsive to issues and works with you to solve them. No software will ever be perfect, but the employees that help you solve problems, listen and come to the best solution available. I recently converted and see more improvement and possibilities than I ever did with my old system and we are only 7 months into utilization. What do you dislike about UKG Pro?
